Further, you agree to exit from your account at the end of each login session. Tutors.ph cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Use of Account.
Tutors.ph reserves the right to disallow access or terminate your account if you are found to have violated any of the terms or conditions herein stated.
Conduct
You are requested to be mindful of and respectful to all members, staff and persons that you meet or come in contact with, in or through this website. Any act of an inappropriate nature may result in your suspension or termination of your access or use of this website. For the purpose of this agreement, any article, messages, information, illustration, data, video, audio, photo, image, vector illustration and media whether in digital format or otherwise shall be referred to as "MEDIA". Tutors.ph shall have the right to review or inspect the MEDIA presented to or uploaded to its website, but is not obligated to screen, review or correct any errors or omissions to the MEDIA. Screening, reviewing or correcting the media is done solely as an assistance to our members.

Our service is to provide a functioning online tutoring service to our clients, which is done through our website ( collectively called the "Service").
You are hereby informed that as an internet service, you are required to have an internet connection, hardware, software and other devices (collectively called "Devices") in order to use and access our services, and it is your sole responsibility to acquire and maintain such Devices at your own expense.
We may add, change or eliminate features, pricing, nomenclature and other aspects of the services and make other changes at any time and these Terms will continue to apply to the services as modified. THE WEBSITE OR TUTORS.PH OR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, LICENSORS OR AGENTS SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR INFORMATION OF ANY KIND OR LOSS OF BUSINESS GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY) WHETHER OR NOT TUTORS.PH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE OR LOSS.
Applicable law
The Website is controlled, operated and administered by the Company from within the Republic of the Philippines. The Website can be accessed by other countries around the world. As each of these jurisdictions has laws that may differ from those of the Philippines, by accessing the Website, you acknowledge and agree that this Terms of Use Agreement will be governed under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of the Philippines with respect to the subject matter of this Terms of Use Agreement. This Terms of Use Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded.
Term
This Agreement shall become effective upon registration by you and shall continue in force and effect until terminated by you or by tutors.ph
Termination
You may terminate this agreement at any time by written notice sent to our office or by emailing us at admin@tutors.ph of which such notice may be verified as your true intention.
Tutors.ph reserves the right to disallow access, suspend or terminate your right to access your account at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability.
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is only applicable to Credit Card Transactions done through this Website. If the Request for Cancellation/Termination of Subscription/Service is made within the first seven days of the total package availed of, we will grant you a FULL REFUND by crediting the same card used to purchase the package. After seven (7) days from the date of activation, no more refunds will be allowed.
Acknowledgement
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT, IN ITS ENTIRETY AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT WITH NO CONDITIONS OR EXCEPTIONS.
