How to Install Java Webstart through www.tutors.ph

STEP 1:

Go to http://www.tutors.ph, login by typing your registered E-mail and Password.

STEP 2:

Once you're inside the member’s page, click the Software tab (a) or the Software hyperlink (b) to open the Java Webstart installation page.

STEP 3:

Depending on your computer’s operating system, click the corresponding button to start downloading the required software.

NOTE:    Downloading is FREE.

STEP 4:

This window will pop-up. Click Run to continue downloading the Java Webstart.
Meanwhile, DO NOT CLOSE the tutors.ph window.

STEP 5:

This window will pop-up, click Install to continue.

STEP 6:

This is the status bar. Depending on the internet traffic, your Internet Service Provider, and the speed of your computer, this process may take a while. Even if it seems like progress is slow, please be patient and DO NOT CLICK CANCEL. This program is required to connect to your tutors. Don’t worry, you only need to do this once. As soon as you have the required program, your tutors will just be a click away.

STEP 7:

Once the program is ready to install, read and Accept the License Agreement.

STEP 8:

You will then see this window. Just allow the Java Webstart Installation to continue.

NOTE:    Your progress status window may be slightly different from the given illustration.

STEP 9:

When you have successfully completed the download and the program installation, click Finish. You are now ready to meet with your tutors.
